The largest gathering of Iberian Ham cutters in the World
The Official World Record certified a new world record this Sunday, April 6, 2025, in the category of: Largest Gathering of Iberian Ham Carvers in the World. With a total of 184 participants. The event took place in Jaén, Andalusia, Spain, and was organized by LA JAMONERÍA DE PACO and its ham carver, PACO REYES, to benefit the A.L.E.S. Foundation, which fights childhood cancer. Municipal authorities and other prominent figures attended. Thank you to all the participants, the city of Jaén, and everyone who made it possible. A special thank you to the A.L.E.S.
