On the 21st of December 2021, students from 22 educational centers in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain) managed to beat the record of “The largest number of spinning tops turning at the same time” that was held by Japan until know, with 891 spinning topsAt 11:00 a.m. the spinning top dance began and at 11:36 a.m. the achievement was confirmed with a total of 1,296 spinning tops dancing in unison in 22 different locations. The Longest journey on a Pocketbike (Minimoto) 2014
A man from Cunningham (Tennessee) set up a new world record on a pocketbike. Will Rodgers, tells us his story! A ride plan was developed. Including a path of low speed limit and as little commercial traffic as possible. Using a stock, Honda XR50 2002. The Natchez Trace Parkway was an obvious choice as no commercial traffic is allowed, the speed limit is mostly a maximum of 45 miles per hour so going slow would not be an issue. Since the Natchez Trace Parkway is not long enough to break the record on alone, we started in Clarksville, Tennessee and traveled mostly back roads until we got to the Natchez Trace Parkway.
